U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Suncity Metals & Tubes Private Ltd. Made Undervalued Sales of Welded Stainless Pressure Pipe from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Suncity Metals & Tubes Private Ltd. sold welded stainless pressure pipe from India at less than normal value in the U.S. during the review period, and is rescinding the review for certain companies, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
