Revision of Specific Exemptions Under the Privacy Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is updating its regulations to add exemptions for the System of Records NRC-18, Office of the Inspector General Investigative Records, to maintain record integrity and protect third-party privacy. The changes aim to clarify which exemptions apply to each NRC system of records.
