Boeing Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for 747 Series Airplanes

Boeing is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address issues with elevator control on certain 747 series airplanes, following reports of uncommanded deflection and control column bumps during takeoff and landing gear retraction.
