FAA Seeks Public Comments on Draft Report on Potential Hazards to Aircraft from Waste Disposal Sites Near Airports

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is requesting public comments on a draft report to Congress on the potential hazards to aircraft posed by locating waste disposal sites near airports, as mandated by the Airport and Airway Safety Capacity, Noise Improvement, and Intermodal Transportation Act of 1992.
