FAA Extends Termination Date of Special Federal Aviation Regulation No. 38-2

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended the termination date of Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR) No. 38-2, which outlines certification and operating requirements for compensated passenger and cargo transport, to June 1, 1996, pending completion of a rulemaking process to consolidate and codify the requirements.
