FAA Proposes Revised Airport Rates and Charges Policy

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has released a proposed policy revision to its Airport Rates and Charges policy, which would allow for more flexibility in setting fees for non-airfield facilities, in response to public comments received on the original policy published in 1995.
