DOT and FAA Announce Proposed Policy on Airport Rates and Charges

The Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration published a proposed policy statement on airport rates and charges, announcing meetings for oral views and outlining procedures for the first meeting, scheduled for September 8, 1995.
