Airworthiness Directives; de Havilland Model DHC-3 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration proposes to update Airworthiness Directive (AD) 90-12-08 for de Havilland Model DHC-3 airplanes, allowing for the installation of new angles and plates on the tailplane root ribs as a terminating action for repetitive inspections. This change aims to provide an equivalent level of safety to the current inspection requirements.
