Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat Seeks OMB Approval for Extension of Written Refusal of Utility Contract Information Collection

The FAR Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning a written refusal by a utility supplier to execute a utility contract, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.
