Federal Acquisition Regulation; Officials Not to Benefit (Ethics) - Final Rule Issued

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has amended the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in response to changes to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, following a review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
