Federal Acquisition Regulation; Whistleblower Protections for Contractor Employees (Ethics) - Final Rule Issued

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has amended the Federal Acquisition Regulation in response to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, following review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
