WTO Dispute Settlement Proceedings Concerning Reformulated and Conventional Gasoline

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is providing notice that a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel will examine a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulation on gasoline, following a request from Venezuela. The public is invited to submit written comments on the issue.
