U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Genentech's Patent Claim Withdrawal

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination granting Genentech, Inc. permission to withdraw a patent claim from an ongoing investigation into recombinantly produced human growth hormones.
