Certain Health and Beauty Aids and Identifying Marks Thereon; Investigation

A complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 2, 1994, alleging that Redmond Products, Inc. has been injured by the importation of health and beauty aids bearing the trademarks 'Aussie' or 'Australian', and requesting an investigation to issue a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist order.
