Kaken Pharmaceutical Company Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Salinomycin Biomass and Preparations

Kaken Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging violations of the Tariff Act of 1930 and seeking an investigation into the importation of certain salinomycin biomass and preparations containing the same, manufactured abroad using patented technology and in breach of contract.
