Dissemination of Patent Information

The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) will hold a public meeting to gain input into how it can maximize the potential of its information dissemination program. In view of technology changes, revisions to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-130, and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-13), the PTO will review existing policies, and will use input from this announced meeting to prepare a comprehensive information dissemination plan.
