Spectrum Below 5 GHz Transferred From Federal Government Use

The FCC has adopted a Report and Order allocating 50 megahertz of spectrum transferred from the Federal Government to private sector use, in compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, to enable the introduction of new services and devices and enhance existing ones.
