Radio Broadcasting Services; Kingsville and Ingleside, Texas - Waiver of Automatic Stay Granted

The FCC has granted a waiver of automatic stay for Kingsville Radio Company, allowing for the substitution of Channel 224C2 for Channel 224A at Kingsville, TX, and modifications to Station KNGV(FM) license, as per Report and Order 57 FR 3952 (February 3, 1992), without prejudice to further review in MM Docket No. 88-257.
