Broadcast Services; Network/Affiliate rule

This Notice of Proposed Rule Making proposes to eliminate or modify the Commission's requirement that broadcast television stations file their network affiliation agreements with the Commission and that these filings be publicly available. This action is needed to determine if the costs of this rule exceed its benefits.
