The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Gregory P. Wells seeking the allotment of Channel 236A to Pahrump, NV, as the community's second local FM service. Channel 236A can be allotted to Pahrump in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 4.1 kilometers (2.5 miles) west, at coordinates 36-13-12 North Latitude and 116-01-43 West Longitude, to avoid a short-spacing to Station KWNR, Channel 238C, Henderson, NV.
