FHWA Extends Effective Date of Intermodal Safe Container Transportation Act Rule

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has extended the effective date of its final rule implementing the Intermodal Safe Container Transportation Act of 1992 until September 27, 1995, to allow for further analysis of comments on potential extensions.
