The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Big Country of Missouri, Inc. to replace Channel 230A with Channel 230C3 in Boonville, Missouri, and reassign the channel to Fayette, Missouri, with modifications to Station KTLH's license to operate on Channel 230C3 in Fayette.
