Delegation of Authority to Issue Subpoenas

The Commission has delegated authority to the Chief of the Compliance and Information Bureau to issue subpoenas for document production and testimony in support of Commission investigations, enabling the bureau to obtain evidence in all situations involving rule violations, leading to more informed Commission actions.
