The Common Carrier Bureau (Domestic Facilities Division) of the Federal Communication Commission released an order extending the time in which to file comments and replies in response to the Commission's Third Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (60 FR 28775 6/2/95). The Commission received a request by Ad Hoc Telecommunication Users Committee to extend the comment and reply period from June 30, 1995 and July 28, 1995 to July 31, 1995 and August 30, 1995, respectively. The Commission granted the request for an extension of time for filing comments and replies.
