Radio Broadcasting Services; Quincy and Susanville, CA - Channel Reallocation and License Modification

The FCC has reallotted Channel 271A from Quincy to Susanville, California, and modified the license of Olympic Broadcasters, Inc. for Station KQNC(FM) to operate on Channel 271C2, as requested, to provide the Susanville community with its fourth local transmission facility without depriving Quincy of local aural transmission service.
