This document requests comments on a petition filed by Sharon K. Bryan, requesting the allotment of Channel 230A to Carthage, Illinois, as that community's second local FM service. Channel 230A can be allotted to Carthage in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 230A at Carthage are North Latitude 40-24-48 and West Longitude 91-08-00.
