The Commission granted a request filed jointly by the National Broadcasting Company, Inc., CBS Inc. and Capital Cities/ABC, Inc., for a 30-day extension of time to file comments and reply comments in this proceeding. The initial deadline for filing comments was June 16, 1995, and the initial deadline for filing reply comments was July 17, 1995. By Order released June 1, 1995, the time for filing comments was extended to September 14, 1995, and the time for filing reply comments was extended to October 16, 1995. The Commission determined that an additional extension of time was warranted in order to facilitate the development of a full and complete record.
