The Commission denies the request of Conway Broadcasting to allot Channel 265A to Eugene, Oregon, as the community's fifth local FM service. See 60 FR 11644, March 2, 1995. The Commission found that Channel 265A cannot be allotted to the community in compliance with the Commission's technical requirements. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
