Advanced Television Systems

The Commission, pursuant to delegated authority, grants motions filed by the Advanced Television Committee of the Electronics Industries Association, the Information Technology Industry Council, and jointly by the Association of America's Public Television Stations and the Public Broadcasting Service, and extends the time for filing comments in response to the Fourth Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Third Notice of Inquiry issued in this proceeding. The intended effect is to allow industry groups to form consensus opinions for their comments.
