The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by KNXX, Inc., seeking the allotment of Channel 255A to Chama, NM, as the community's first local aural service. Channel 255A can be allotted to Chama in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 36-54-12 North Latitude and 106-34-42 West Longitude.
