Delaware: Final Determination of Adequacy of the State's Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is determining the adequacy of Delaware's municipal solid waste permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The agency will approve adequate state landfill permit programs as applications are submitted, prior to finalizing a State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR).
