Clean Air Act Approval and Promulgation of PM-10 Implementation Plan for Colorado; Designation of Areas for Air Quality Planning Purposes

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of Colorado's State implementation plan (SIP) to attain national ambient air quality standards for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 10 micrometers (PM-10) in the Pagosa Springs area.
