Michigan: Final Partial Program Determination of Adequacy of State Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has drafted a State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR) to approve or partially approve state municipal solid waste landfill permit programs, with the goal of approving adequate programs as final applications are submitted.
