EPA Proposes Approval of Arizona State Implementation Plan Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan, submitted by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, to regulate volatile organic compound emissions in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
