Ozone Transport Commission; Recommendation That EPA Adopt Low Emission Vehicle Program for the Northeast Ozone Transport Region

The Northeast Ozone Transport Commission has recommended that the EPA adopt a Low Emission Vehicle program for the entire Northeast Ozone Transport Region. The EPA will review the recommendation and hold a public hearing before May 11, 1994, to gather information and consider comments.
