EPA Proposes Approval of Louisiana State Implementation Plan Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Louisiana State Implementation Plan, which includes regulations requiring Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for various volatile organic compounds (VOC) sources, necessitated by changes to the Baton Rouge nonattainment area and the major source definition.
