EPA Extends Policy on Enforcement of RCRA Section 3004(J) Storage Prohibition at Facilities Generating Mixed Radioactive/Hazardous Waste

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending its policy on the civil enforcement of the storage prohibition in section 3004(j) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) for facilities generating mixed waste, citing no significant change in treatment and disposal capacity since 1991.
