McCluskey Farm Drum Site: Administrative Order on Consent for Removal Action

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to settle claims for response costs at the McCluskey Farm Drum Site in Dacula, Georgia with E.I. dePont de Nemours and Company. The public has thirty days to comment on the proposed settlement.
