EPA to Host Workshops on Federal Compliance with Right-to-Know Laws and Pollution Prevention Requirements

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold a series of 3-day workshops for Federal Agencies' personnel on the requirements of Presidential Executive Order 12856, focusing on compliance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 and the Pollution Prevention Act.
