EPA Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Significant New Use of Refractory Ceramic Fiber

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the comment period for a proposed significant new use rule (SNUR) under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act to regulate refractory ceramic fiber (RCF). Written comments must be received by EPA by June 3, 1994.
