EPA Extends Comment Period for South Dakota's Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for South Dakota's municipal solid waste permit program over non-Indian lands, including the former lands of the Yankton Sioux, Lake Traverse (Sisseton-Wahpeton) and parts of the Rosebud Indian Reservations, until July 1, 1994.
