Proposed Settlement; Acid Rain Core Rules Litigation

Alabama Power Company and others have proposed a settlement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding the acid rain core rules published in the Federal Register on January 11, 1993, and a statement set forth by EPA in a proposed action published on July 16, 1993.
