EPA Approves Maine's VOC RACT Catch-ups in State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on January 8, 1993, requiring the implementation of reasonably available control technology (RACT) for various VOC sources.
