EPA Proposes Approval of Colorado's PM10 Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes partial approval of Colorado's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to achieve National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 10 micrometers (PM10), with conditional approval of a quantitative milestone element.
