EPA Proposes Approval of Connecticut's Employee Commute Options Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve the State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Connecticut for its Employee Commute Options Program, which aims to reduce ozone emissions in severe nonattainment areas.
