Challenge Grants Program Guideline
The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is requesting public comment on the proposed application guideline for Part E Challenge Grants Program. This program is of interest to all Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, as amended, State formula grantees.
