Governor's State Literacy Resource Centers to Receive Technology Grant Awards for National Electronic Information and Communication Network

The proposal aims to establish a national electronic information and communication network for literacy by creating regional hubs on the internet in each of the four regions designated by the Department of Education's Office of Vocational and Adult Education, with the goal of supporting Governor's State Literacy Resource Centers with technology grants.
