Challenge Grants Program Guideline

The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) published a proposed guideline for the Challenge Grants Program in the Federal Register on February 2, 1995 (60 FR 6553), and solicited public comments. Based on the analysis of those public comments, OJJDP is issuing this final guideline. This Program is of interest to all State formula grantees participating in the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, as amended.
