Executive Office for Immigration Review Finalizes Rule on Deportation Hearings

The Executive Office for Immigration Review has finalized a rule allowing Immigration Judges to enter deportation orders without a hearing if an alien has agreed to the terms, and expanding the use of telephonic and video hearings in deportation cases.
