ATöT Technologies, Inc. and Other Companies Agree to Clean Up Baltimore Superfund Site

A proposed consent decree was lodged with the US District Court for the District of Maryland on September 25, 1995, requiring several companies, including ATöT Technologies, Inc., to clean up the Kane & Lombard Superfund Site in Baltimore, Maryland, as part of a settlement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).
